Accepting these terms

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.

The site is for businesses, mainly agencies. If you use it as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Using the site

You may view the site and download or print pages for your own business use. You must not:

  • use the site or its forms to send spam, malicious code or automated submissions
  • try to get unauthorised access to the site, the systems that run it, or anything connected to it
  • copy, reuse or sell the site’s content without our written permission
  • use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms anyone

Information on the site

The site gives general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don’t promise that everything on it is complete or up to date, and it isn’t advice to rely on.

Product screens on the site may be illustrative, and figures shown in them are examples rather than client results. Case studies and links to live sites show work we have delivered; client names, logos and websites belong to their owners.

Prices and packages

Prices and package details on the site are for information only, and package prices are shown in US dollars. What you pay, what’s included and any taxes that apply are set out in your proposal or agreement.

Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept to form a contract.

Enquiries, calls and proposals

Sending an enquiry or booking a call doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to working together.

We start work only after a proposal or agreement has been accepted in writing. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Only send us information you’re allowed to share. We treat details of your clients’ requests as confidential and use them only to respond to you.

Intellectual property

We, or the people who license material to us, own the rights in the site and its content, including its text, design, graphics, video and code. The Sonti and Sonti.io names and logo belong to us. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

Who owns the work we build for you or your clients is set out in your agreement with us.

The site links to other websites, including live client sites and services we use. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Availability and security

We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors or viruses, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it. Please use your own virus protection.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

If you use the site for business, then to the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations about it. We aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the site or from relying on its content. That includes loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, and any indirect or consequential loss.

If you use the site as a consumer, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We provide the site for business use only, so we aren’t liable to you for any business losses.

Privacy and cookies

How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy, and the cookies the site uses are listed in our cookie policy. You can change your cookie choice at any time in cookie settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, so please check it now and then.

Law and courts

These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
